Spin Mops

The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the refill is smaller than EasyWring, but the actual microfibre mop strings are longer to provide the same great cleaning performance with improved maneuverability to reach into tight spaces.

If you’re looking for information on the Vileda EasyWring vs. RinseClean spin mop, you’ve come to the right place.

The Vileda EasyWring spin mop is our OG spin mop and the #1 selling spin mop in America. The EasyWring spin mop features a foot-activated pedal for hands-free wringing and controlled water release.

The Vileda RinseClean spin mop is our innovative 2-bucket spin mop system for the true clean freak! The dual-bucket system completely separates clean and dirty water so you are always mopping with clean. It also features our signature foot pedal for easy wringing.

All of our spin mop and bucket systems feature machine-washable and reusable mop head replacements – when you’re finished mopping, toss them in the wash, air dry, and use them again!

We like to pair our spin mops with Vileda PACS Hard Floor Cleaner – a powerful, enzyme-based cleaning pod that you toss into your mop bucket. Tough on dirt and gentle on floors, Vileda PACS will leave your floors clean and streak-free.

It’s easy to use your Vileda spin mop and bucket system. Just fill the bucket with water, add cleaning solution if you like, and dunk your mop head into the bucket. To wring out excess moisture, lift the mop head from the bucket and insert into the circular wringer. Holding the handle loosely, pump the foot pedal 5 to 7 times to control the water level of your mop.

Mop starting at the furthest point in the room, so you don’t mop yourself into a corner. Use a figure-eight pattern when mopping.

When you’re finished mopping, you can toss your mop head into the washing machine, wash, and use again!

Spray Mops

The microfibre mop head on the ProMist® MAX can be used with your favourite cleaning solution. Just fill the bottle with water and add 2 teaspoons of your solution. We do not recommend using bleach or wax with your ProMist® MAX.

Mop Refills

We recommend changing your mop head refill every 3 months, however this also depends on your cleaning routine/how often you mop. A simple reminder is to change your refill every season. PRO TIP: Keep an extra refill handy so you are always ready for the next mess.

Microfibre is a highly absorbent material that is excellent at removing tough dirt and grime. Vileda® microfibre mop heads are machine-washable.
Vileda microfibre mop heads are made up of millions of tiny fibres. These ultra thin microfibres catch dirt efficiently. When used with water, all these fibres loosen and physically pick up dirt and remove over 99% of bacteria without the use of harsh cleaning chemicals. Our microfibre removes the two most common household bacteria, E. coli and Staph. Aureus, from pre-finished hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, using tap water, as tested at an independent accredited lab.
Streaks are caused by a residue of a chemical that is left on the floor. Make sure you follow the instructions from the cleaner you are using so that it is not too concentrated and never use fabric softener when washing the refills.
