Official Contest Rules (the “Official Rules”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO AGE-OF-MAJORITY CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY.
NOTE: Mobile Entry: While it is free to enter the Contest, message and data rates (and additional charges, as applicable) may apply to the use of a mobile device for Contest entry. Please consult your wireless plan before participating in the Contest via any mobile device. You are responsible for any fees associated with internet access, device usage charges, or any other such charges incurred in connection with your entry. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.
1. SPONSOR
The Contest is sponsored by Freudenberg Household Products Inc. ("Sponsor"), 666 St-Martin Boulevard West, Laval, Québec H7M 5G4.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is open for entry from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 2, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. (ET) on September 3, 2026, (the "Contest Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and contractors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
The Contest is void outside Canada and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, eligible individuals may enter by visiting https://www.vileda.ca/en_CA/punch-pop-up (the “Contest Website”). (A QR code linking to the Contest Website will be displayed during the Contest Period at the Vileda Punch activation booth at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) in Toronto, Ontario).
To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete the official online entry form on the Contest Website in full, including their first name, last name & email address.
(Participation in any booth game, activity, or demonstration is not required to enter the Contest).
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of email address or device used.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, late, corrupted, or otherwise non-compliant with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries.
5. PRIZE
There is one (1) prize available to be won.
The prize consists of:
(a) One (1) year’s supply of Vileda Punch brand products, consisting of the following:
- Eight (8) Punch Lemon Scrub Sponges
- Eight (8) Punch Orange Heavy-Duty Scrub Sponges
- Eight (8) Punch Apple Multi-Purpose Scrub Sponges
- Six (6) Vileda Punch Sponge Cloths
and:
(b) a CAD $500.00 prepaid gift card.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):
The total ARV of the prize is CAD $679.00.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution will be provided. The prepaid gift card is subject to the terms thereof.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place in Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET and the Sponsor or its representatives will contact the selected entrant by 5:00 p.m. ET on September 17, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry.
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
- Respond within five (5) business days of notification;
- Correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered, at the discretion of the Sponsor, by telephone, email or in the Release (as defined below);
- Complete and return the Sponsor’s form of Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Release”) within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Under the terms of the Release, the selected entrant will, among other things: (i) confirm compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) acknowledge acceptance of the prize (as awarded); (iii) release the Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agree to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of the entrant’s name, city and province of residence, image, likeness, and statements relating to the Contest for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
If a selected entrant:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Fails to respond within the required timeframe;
- Answers the skill-testing question incorrectly; or
- Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the entrant may be disqualified, and an alternate eligible entrant may be selected through an additional random draw, in which case the terms and requirements of these Official Rules will similarly apply to such alternate selected entrant.
8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city and province of residence, image, likeness, and statements relating to the Contest for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction, computer error, online system failure, network failure, website interruption, or any other issue that may affect participation in the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if any fraud, technical failure, virus, bug, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, loss, damage, injury, claim, or expense arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. PRIVACY
By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest.
Where consent for the following purposes is expressly provided by a participant, the Sponsor may collect, use and disclose the participant’s personal information for the purposes of marketing and promotional communications.

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications at any time.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to require proof of identity, age, and/or residency.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website (including the Contest Website), manipulate the entry process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The sole determinant of time for the purposes of this Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Sponsor.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
12. WINNERS LIST
To obtain the name of the winner after the Contest has concluded, interested individuals may send an email request to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the winner confirmation date.
13. Governing Law and Disputes: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Contest and all issues, questions and disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between the entrant and the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed and adjudicated in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.
