We are committed to providing top-quality products to our consumers. Vileda® products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Product must be used in accordance with normal domestic household purposes, handled properly for its intended use, and used in accordance with the operating instructions. If you find your product to be defective, please return directly to the retailer from whom it was purchased (within their stated return policy window) or contact Vileda® Consumer Affairs for assistance.
An original receipt or product registration is required to validate your warranty. This warranty applies when the product has been handled properly for its intended use, and was used in accordance with the operating instructions. It does not include damages which arise from misuse or abuse of this product. Product is intended for consumer household use, not commercial use. If purchase receipt or product registration is not available, warranty will apply for 1 year from date of manufacture.
