Sustainable cleaning has become an important part of maintaining one's home. Microfibre and water make a powerful cleaning duo and give you the choice to clean using less chemicals. When you clean your floor with Vileda's genuine microfibre mops, you not only get a superior clean you can see, but you’ll also remove over 99% of bacteria from your floors with just water.* No chemicals needed.

Cleaning your floors with Vileda's microfibre mops and just water does not kill bacteria. It simply removes bacteria and dirt from the floor surfaces, as proven in an independent accredited lab testing. Of course, if you prefer to use a cleaning solution, you can choose to use your favourite floor cleaner mixed with water. It is suggested you clean before you disinfect any hard surfaces.

HOW DOES MICROFIBRE REMOVE BACTERIA?

Many of the Vileda® mops feature our microfibre heads such as the EasyWring RinseClean™ Spin Mop & Bucket System, EasyWring™ Spin Mop & Bucket System and ProMist MAX® Microfibre Spray Mop, and made up of millions of tiny synthetic fibres. When used with water all of these tiny fibres loosen and mechanically pick up dirt and bacteria, and carry it away, without the use of harsh chemicals. Like a magnet.
